1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Accounts support roles such as owner, doctor and receptionist; you are responsible for the staff you invite.

2. Free trial, plans & credits

New clinics receive a 30-day free trial with full access and a starting allowance of content and map credits, with no credit card required to begin. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid plan. Plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees. Certain features consume credits; credits are consumed when an action succeeds and are refunded to your balance if an action fails, as recorded in your credit ledger. Credit allowances and plan features may change with notice.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; by subscribing you also agree to that provider's terms. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not use it to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications; to upload unlawful content; to infringe others' rights; to attempt to breach security or access other tenants' data; to reverse engineer or resell the Service without authorisation; or to violate any applicable law, including laws governing electronic communications and medical advertising.

5. Your responsibilities as a clinic

• You are the data fiduciary for your patient data and are responsible for obtaining any consent required to store it and to send patients reminders, recalls and campaign messages.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of clinical and pricing information you enter, and for reviewing any content before it is published or sent.
• You must comply with applicable laws and professional/advertising guidelines that apply to dental practices in your jurisdiction.

6. AI-generated content & no results guarantee

The Service uses AI to help generate marketing content and to analyse search and visibility data. AI output may contain errors and must be reviewed by you before use. You are solely responsible for content you publish or send. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, visibility, citation, patient volume or revenue outcome — search engines, AI engines and third-party platforms are outside our control. Nothing in the Service is medical advice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by The Masked Marketers and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide, and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, UPI apps, Google, and our payment gateway). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Suspension & termination

You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period unless prohibited by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Masked Marketers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable dispute-resolution requirement. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified and continued use constitutes acceptance.
